Satpal Kumar Arora

Satpal Kumar Arora has over 40 years of extensive experience in Banking & All India Financial Institutions in the field of wholesale lending, Project & Infrastructure financing, Restructuring & Recovery, Asset Reconstruction Company’s, Private Equity/Verture Capital Funding. He headed TFCI Ltd. as Managing Director during the period April 2016 to May 2018. Prior to that he was Executive Director at IFCI Ltd. primarily overseeing recovery & restructuring function.

He is an associate member of ICAI (Cost) & ICSI beside law graduate & a qualified Insolvency Professional. He has held directorship at various large companies. He was also an advisor to NSIC Ltd. for setting up and operationalising SRI Fund (AIF) of Rs.10,000 crore for MSME. He is also associated with a reputed credit rating agency as chairman of External Review Committee.
